Phalaenopsis orchids are originally from Southeast Asia ranging from the Himalayas to some islands in the Philippines to even northern Australia. This tropical plant enjoys humidity, so when keeping one in your home, bear in mind that a dry atmosphere will prevent optimum prosperity for your plant.
